What properties do the recorded sounds have in MAD?

Looking for sampling rate, bit depth and anything else you might think of, I read something somewhere that they were done at 22Khz, which is BAD, especially for human players.

Human hearing range is between 20hz & 20Khz, so you want the recorded sounds to be sampled at double that rate at least. If they are all done at 22K, might i suggest re-recording at 44100hz, 16 Bit (CD Quality). You wont miss out on any high-frequencies that should be heard then. Re-sampling won't fix this by the way, as we say in the sound engineering buisness, you cant polish a turd Smiley
