I installed the game this morning, watched it install the DX redistributable, but when I launched it it threw up some errors that basically said 'DirectX 9 is screwed up for some reason, get the full one'. I've downloaded the DX9.0c package from Microsoft but that won't install, it says there's a corrupt .cab in it somewhere.

Anybody else had this and/or have any ideas?

Been working fine for me.

Try searching around for the .cab file... that's all I can think of.

It doesn't tell me which CAB file is broken, I think it might be the DX9 installer.

sounds like an issue with DX9, try downloading the installer again.
